squeaky noise

As the title says:

I've searched and searched maybee I'm not searching hard enough but I have had this problem for some time...

Everything time I turn my wheels it squeaks but only when I turn both directions. .

Some one told me it could be the rack and pinion but I don't know.
So any help or info. .

Check your power steering fluid level also check the ps belt
