Stuck header

Once again stuck

Was going to put in the new header today but the stock header is stuck now. Get every bolt off except the ones that connect to the downpipe. First of all I never had the left bolt. The one in front is just a threaded stud but the nut came off. And the left one was someone replaced with like a 9/16 instead of the 14 that the other one was. So that right one was stuck... Then got stripped. And I can't fit any vice grips in there. How can I get this thing off? I'm also going to need new bolts.

i had that happened to me when i broke one of the studs that the header mounts to but i had a small pair of vice grip pliers to get in there with. You'll probably want to go get one at harbor freight or something because they will probably come in handy some other time in the future.
