    My Idle wont Drop

With my Idle screw all the way in my idle is on 850+ 900rpm. I did the Base Idle Setting and it wudnt drop no lower than 700rpm. Could it be from my timing being advanced? I checked for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner.

Check your throttle cable first, make sure it is not to tight.

Why would you want your idle to drop below 700rpm? The idle control automatically keep the idle there to prevent the car from choking. 700rpm is low. If you have an auto, it should be at 750rpm and manual at 850rpm.
Any reason you want for it to go lower?
