Window Rolls up crooked and slowly

See the video. Notice the thumping sound at the start of the first roll up.





I think this is what caused the brackets to break off of my old window. This window is a junkyard one from ebay that I just now installed. I am worried that its gonna break the brackets on this one too... It very well may if I don't be careful or if I don't fix it.


How can I fix this? Its a brand new regulator and motor in it, and its been lubed with silicone spray.


The previous owner looks like didn't even notice it and when he rolled it up it broke off its brackets.

Seriously?

Take off the door panel for starters, then investigate the tracking could be you installed it all it wrong including the glass or the regulator, motor was bad to begin with. You're going to have to look into it more.
