F22B DOHC what headers and down pipe to use?

I have a dual cam an i have the headers i got the car with... I have 3 cracks so i need a nrw one an can no longer weld them... What should i use, and hoow can i get them out safely.. there rusted on, an i already broke two studs trying to remove it before... LAst thing, sort of off topic... What oil to use an how much... Previous owner said it always had synthetic... I just topped with regular oil...apx 70k...any help is greatly appreciated...thanks..

On removing the header that has rust or corrosion. You need patients, heat and penetrating oil. Working the bolts back and forth slowly, moving it further a little bit at a time.

Oh really...so any accord header from craigslist should work... An what oil should i go with?

not really any accord. only f22a. f22b sohc and f23 are different.

No, he did not say any Accord header from Craigslist will work. He told you what engines the headers could come from. So would previous threads had you been daring enough to search.

OH ok... Sorry bout that.. i read it quick an got off.. but any performance ones? Or ones that dont hang too low... An thanks for the removal advice..
