new clutch/flywheel

So this weekend I put in a h23 tranny and a new fidanza flywheel and stage 1 exedy clutch.
when letting the clutch out it kind of makes a shh noise, kind of like rubbing sand paper on something.
my 2 buddies say its normal... but my question is... Is it normal?

mine makes that noise when i have the clutch in at a stop sounds like that shhh noise
