f22b dohc, crank/no start?

hello, so i have the f22b dohc, i finally got around to doing a small build on it, springs, valves, head gasket ect.. so when i got the head back and put it all back together i went to try to start it and it doesnt start, it just cranks over and over but sounds like it want to start but wont, i have checked for spark, gas, battery, grounds, power,, and the motor is getting them all, but will not start. i have checked the timing over and over, and according to the markings on the block and cams and cam gears, its all on timing, unless im missing something, i do not know what to do anymore, im thinking about parting the car out, i already have some offers for some of the parts, but i'd rather not get rid of it especially after all the money i just spent, can anyone help? maybe i have the timing wrong, or missing a ground or something, please help
