trying to fix idle problems

ok so my brothers friend told me to clean my throttle body and that will fix my idle reving up and down and ive cleaned everything else itm gasket is new and now it revs high and the rpms keep going up never droping and my check engine light is on now and idk what to do


fixed the check engine light and the rpms going up but still revs up and down

You may have an air pocket in your cooling system also, have you opened the system recently? Like doing your IM gasket.. It could need to be bled out.

Done that already didint work it worked untill I moved the steering wheel. We did the itm gasket 1k miles ago
