auto vs 5spd fast idle valve

What are the differences between the auto fast idle valve and the 5spd one?
I was looking at the T.A.S site and not sure. Different part numbers
Auto- 2816498
5spd- 2816499
I recently converted my coupe to a 5spd with a H22 IM swap and need to know which one I have to use.
I also have a idle issue that jumps between 1500 and 900 when the IAC is plugged in and idles fine when unplugged?
any suggestions?

Visually from Majestic Honda, they are the same, but the do have a different part number.

Did you clean the IACV? If not do that I did today and idles god now.
