H22 issues

My H22 seems a bit sluggish latley.
What do you guys recommended me checking.
I have checked spark plugs.OK
Throttle body.ok
Wires OK.
Cap and rotor Ok.
Any advise would be appreciative.

This will never hurt but thoroughly clean every 1 of the engine bay grounds, esp. the t-stat housing ground. I usually file the ring terminals down to fresh brass and also down to fresh metal on the mating surface. I fixed a hacked up H22 swap afew summers ago, after cleaning all the grounds, the motor really woke up after that, which surprised me. It ran really weak before. EGR ports clogged up maybe? If you're even running EGR of course.
