    Remove Bumper Cover

I know there are DIYs on here for that, but what is the quickest/easiest way to remove the bumper cover? Incase I have to pull it apart to get on a tow truck or something. Would removing the bumper support with the cover on be the easiest or just the normal removing of the grille, parking lights, etc. to get to the holding tabs?

Sorry bro, but theres only one way to go... the RIGHT way that is. Because if we were to just up and start ripping into our bumpers as if we were playing with legos, it would not look like its original state, especially if looks means everything to you.

Bolt by bolt, screw by screw, tab by tab... pain in the ass, YES. But since youll be removing the bumper, you might as well replace/fix everything that needs it because once you put that bumper back on, it will be painful to take that apart again just to replace one more thing...

As far as towing, invest in some tow hooks. Especially the nice anodized color ones. Puts some style into it..

Well, I'm not really repairing or replacing anything. My front end is pretty low, I was just wondering if there was a easy and quick way to remove the cover, so I could get the car on a flatbed tow truck, if I needed to that is.

Removing the bumper cover is easy. There are quite a few threads already explaining how to do this, usually with regard to changing the headlights / brackets.

        Take your pick.

sorry man but that is false. there is a quick way the second time you pull it off or the next you have it off for the future. first start by taking the bumper off the normal way(the RIGHT WAY). there are those cheap push in clips that hold the top part of the cover to the bumper support. take the push clips out from underneath the headlights but leave the ones under the grille.the bumper will not fall off(if you do this correctly) my car is like this so i get in steep drive ways. but let i remind you if you take of your car, you wont see a tow truck.

I broke almost all the clips on my bumper, so I drilled holes through the bumper support. This allowed me to ziptie the bumper cover to the bumper support. My bumper fits right as long as I ziptie the ends in the right way to match the beginning of the front fenders. (zipties are a lot cheaper than getting the oem clips from Honda). If I ever need to take the bumper off, I simply cut off all the zipties, unplug the bumper lights, and then the bumper is off. However, I do have to take the bumper support off to properly fit the cover onto it. Its an easy process with the zipties and only takes me about 5 minutes to get the cover off, but about 30-45 minutes to put it back on to fight right (depends on how lazy I am).

I'm thinking of installing something like these to make it easier to match up the ends of the bumper cover with the fender.
