    quick question regarding air intake

As some of you may know from previous posts, I have an F23a1 swap. The air intake is completely rigged up, looks like he used pieces from two different intakes and just threw it together to make due after the swap. It has an f22b1 intake manifold. Is the diameter different from the f22a manifold? I really want to buy an aftermarket intake but I'm worried about how it would fit. If I have to buy one specifically for the f22b1, it's obviously shaped for a cd5's engine bay. Will an F22a air intake fit?

Yes. When it comes to intakes, minus J or K swaps, always buy for your bay, not the engine. The coupler is what connects them anyway.

Awesome, thanks for clearing that up for me. I found a cheapo on eBay. I'm not really worried about performance, but anything is better than what's on there now. It's pathetic.

A friend of mine used to have one on his cb, said it wasn't bad. He bought an AEM eventually I believe, I may get up with him to get the hand me down, haha.
