Ok going to try this again and be a little more clearer.
I just got done with my timing belt. Took the car out a couple times and it ran perfect. On the way home from my last trip (about 2 blocks away from my house I noticed a slight vibration coming from the engine area and then noticed my battery light came on. I thought oh shit my belt fell off so i coasted it home into my garage a found out it wasnt just my alternator belt. I popped the hood and saw both accessory belts came off and the crank pulley was loose and the crank bolt was on its last threads. I popped the timing belt cover off and found the balance belt fell off and the timing belt was just barely still on. I removed the timing covers and crank bolt, and found the keyway was all bent up so I pulled it off along with the balance belt and gear. I took the timing belt off next and the the timing gear came off smooth until it hit the end of the crankshaft and got stuck. I used a gear puller to remove the timing gear. After all that I inspecting everything and I really couldnt find any damage to anything (valves, keyway groove). But it doesnt seem like I am going to be able to put the gears back onto the crankshaft because I think there is a slight mushroom on the edge of the crank because of the loose pulley.
I need to know how to get those gears back on. Ive come up with only on conclusion and that is to high grit sandpaper and lightly smooth the mushroomed part of the crank end. Does anyone else have any ideas or comments? I attached pictures.
