When i press the brake pedal all my dash lights, brake lights, ac lights, cigarette lighter and turn signal lights come on. this happens even if the car is off. recently changed all brake rotors and pads then bled the brakes. seems like this happened after that. please help whats wrong with it.

Did you recently replace any bulbs? My buddy replaced his interior lights with aftermarket bulbs one time and all his lights turned wacky
