On my transmission I have broke a tooth off of the cable mount thingy where the cable lines are held into place. I don't know what it's called and I was wondering if there is a part number for this?

My guess would be the bracket directly to the left of 19. I made mention of it in my 5 speed conversion DIY (as it's part of the conversion). It bolts to the bottom of the subframe via two 10mm bolts.
It appears to be a part of the cables as it's not listed. It may be listed under another system but I don't care to take the time to check and I don't think it is. I just don't know what part of the bracket one would refer to as a "tooth".
