    1991 Honda Accord running rich

Hello so I have the latest 1991 Honda Accord I bought ever since I've had it I noticed it runs rich at idle only when fully warmed up.

I've checked for codes and nothing.

When the car is started from a cold start it runs-drives perfect until its warmed up and at idle-2k rpms is rough like its choking itself out with fuel and then it all clears up past 2k. Even with it running rich I still passed NJ emissions last week and even the emissions report showed that it was running rich you can smell the unburnt gas in the exhaust too.

I've already changed the engine coolant temperature sensor under the distributor with a known working one from another car of mine and at first it ran really rough killing the engine by over fueling at idle so bad you could smell it in the engine bay and exhaust then I let the car cool took electronic parts cleaner to all the cooling system sensors in that area cleaned them all up and it got better then what it was right after the sensor was changed but is still just as bad as before.

So my question is what should be my next step? With it running rich it is driving me crazy lol I know its dumping to much fuel in I'd just like to figure out why.

i would check o2, because when its cold its running on a specific fueling map, once warm the o2 decides what fuel it should have(to a certain point) if that doesnt fix it i would look at MAP sensor and TPS

Could the map sensor affect it only when warm though? I actually tried unplugging the oxygen sensor and it still did the same.

So ill just explain in a little more detail from what I've noticed with this car. When started from cold it warms up as it normally should time wise but even a few miles after its warmed up it takes a while for it to sense that its warmed up and the torque converter doesn't lock up for 3-5 miles on all the other cb7s I have once they hit or get close to operating temperatures it starts locking up.

I checked the timing also messed around with it a little made no difference

I tested the TPS at idle 0.48.

Tried unplugging the MAP SENSOR, OXYGEN SENSOR and TPS all separately made no change

The car is still running rich with a rough now dipping low idle.

Can somebody post the specs and info on how to test the rest of these sensors? I still think its somehow related to one of the cooling system sensors.
