Automatic throttle body on car with manual transmission

Working on a H23 plenum swap. The throttle body came from an automatic transmission prelude. Getting a surging idle.

I'm guessing my FITV is either bad or needs adjustment but I noticed there are different part numbers for FITVs for automatic equipped and standard equipped cars. Is there a difference? Should I care?

92 Accord EX. Thanks all...trying to get her ready for a HDPE track weekend this weekend.

After a FITV rebuild the throttle body is working fine. The o-rings were all dried out and probably leaking a lot of air.

Thanks for everyone's help on this car, I just finished a successful track weekend at Carolina Motorsports Park, 2.5 hours of track time, no mechanical issues at all. Car did great.

If anyone is curious here it is chasing a couple BMWs: https://youtu.be/q6N741iJRZk

Just wanted to add - R134a refrigeration o-rings (the green ones) are excellent sizes for rebuilding the FITV. I bought this kit and it had all but one that I needed.
