    Houston Emissions standards?

Does anyone know what the emissions standards are for the 1993 CB7 in the TEXAS (Houston area)?
I would like to know both the High RPM Speed and Low RPM Speed.

    Like the:
    HC(ppm)
    CO(%)
    CO2(%)
    O2(%)
    NOX(ppm)
    Dilution:

Go to your local State Inspection shop and ask them. There's ways of getting around emissions if you're afraid you're going to fail. I belive there's some stuff in a 12oz bottle at WalMart you can pick up to beat emissions, and there's other stuff that comes in a tiny red bottle that you can pick up at AutoZone.

Have you checked the DOT or DPS website for the emission standards or requirements for Harris County?

I've never had to check to see what the standards are, as I've always passed Collin County TX emissions with flying colors.

I tried search the WWW but with no luck finding anything specific to the exact standards.
I just need to know the difference between the 93 accords standards and the 1994 Prelude VTEC standards.
I have a 1994 USDM VTEC swap and a local tuning shop ( note: all tuning shops I have been to in the Houston area have sucked let me know if you know of one that does not) told even if the engine is in perfect working order I will not pass.
Which I am trying to prove is bullshit.

I probably am going to have to email the EPA for standards.
But thanks for the advice I appreciate all the help.
