92-93 or 90-91? For 1992/93 remove the small cover on the side of the steering wheel, remove the T30 bolt securing the airbag on that side, on the other side remove the cover off the CC switch, again remove the T30 bolt securing the airbag on that side.

On the bottom of the steering wheel there is a small plastic door that comes out with two phillips head screws, remove that door and take the red dummy connector off. Unplug the airbag and plug the airbag into that dummy connector, That dummy connector prevents the airbag from deploying because of static so it's important.

Then just remove the 19mm screw in the center and wiggle the wheel till it comes off, carefully feed the SRS reel cable threw the wheel.

That's about it, make sure the ignition is off during the whole procedure. If you want to be extra safe disconnect your battery.

For the 90-91 without the airbags it pretty much the same except for the airbag part...use a small screwdriver to get the "H" emblem off the middle of the wheel...then you should be able to remove the steering wheel nut, and unplug the horn connecter. Then have fun pulling the wheel off...hope this helped.
