Differences in F20C and our engines?

Other than the whole RWD thing in an F20C, what are the main diff/similarities in the F series blocks and heads. I don't think there is any info on this subject as nothing showed up. Not trying to get flamed, I want an JDM H22.

                that car is the pimpski.

don't you think if you took the transmission and accessories off an S2000 engine it wouldnt fit? It does share the same engine block letter... what way do they turn?

I cannot believe that accord! First time I've ever seen that though. Cool that's a cb7 though, owner must love that car. I want a manual steering rack now. Great post k-mart.

with all this talk about crazy swaps.....

and the idea of the k-series engines being dropped into the accord chassis...

                          read....
