    ecu fuse keeps blowing

i was on my way to pick up some new 18's from a friend of mine and i get an hour outside of town and my car looses all power ,check engine light comes on . i roll down the exit ramp find a cozy spot,(in the 90 degree weather) and pop my hood. i open the fuse box under the hood and im relieved to find that the fuse for the ecu is popped. i replace the fuse and go to start it right up , two minutes later it popped again, and again i looked for shorting wires but cant find any. but the fuse for the ecu inside the car never once poped, just the one under the hood. have any of you guys experienced this before????? please help!! 91 accord lx waiting on some new shoes

If the car's been in high water, things that the ECU reads low-voltage information from can short out and fry the ECU. It could just be a bad ECU too.
