It should test continuity. THere should be a marking on it where it beeps if there is continuity. If not, look at it and depending on what you type of tester is, there should be AC, DC and continuity. Then touch the probe to one end of the wire, and then touch the other probe to the other end and work your way together.
I live my life a quarter mile at a time. . . for those 56.7 seconds my Nike Shox are are laying the rubber to the asphalt. (Car to be born soon, should drop quarter times to about 15 secs or less SOHC all motor).

No, at idle and cold it should say .1 or .2 and at full temp you want .5 to .6

well hhmmm I duno I have hit a few holes in my time but nothing ever happend from them...maybe until now...for sum reason I am driving starting to slow down I let off the gas and its not really slowing down I thaught oh shit maybe my throttle is stuck..so I push in the cluth and the rpm goes to 3500 and stays there...after 15 or 20 seconds it drops back to idle... I am thinking it has somthing either to do with my throttle body or sensors or my cluth seeing as my clutch has been bad for awhile...and I can rev it sittin still but nothing happends its as soo as I fully let out the clutch...if anyone has any info or suggestions please feel free...thanx
