only part i can answer right now is the p14...im getting your other answers now.
NO h23 ECU is DOHC motor so youll have a DOHC ECU for your SOHC motor.
govoner i think is removable with chipping ECU..but im going to find you DEFINITE answers..

you wont see any noticable gains by just swapping out you ECU. you need to swap the IM over to see something at all. you might try searching instead of just posting and waiting around for an answer.
