    Steering wheel wobble

I noticed when i am driving about 60-70 sometimes my steering wheel and car will rattle, the same goes if i am stopping some what hard.

are my brake rotars warped? how much will it cost to fix them? i dont know if i will but it would be nice to know, it depends on the price

Could be warped brakes or un-balanced tires. To replace the rotors, and pads on the front will probally cost you 180 to 200 dollars for OE replacement parts.

yea the vibration which occurs when applying your brakes is almost certainly the rotors, and they're fairly easy to replace so u shouldnt have somebody else do them for you, the steering wheel shake during cruising, as fushigi said, prolly your tires need balancing, even though someimes unbalanced tires wil shake less at higher speeds due to the uneven weight which is evenly distributed when the wheel's spin at a higher rate, also it could be an alignment issue, your car wont neccesarily go off course if it needs an alignment, the shakes is a nother symptom of an alingment going bad..

Worst case scenarios: bent rims, motor mounts are completely shot, or really bad alignment issue. I found I have all three of these today, causing my steering wheel to vibrate at high speeds and steering "wandering".
