i have a 91 accord and just finished conversion from auto to manual tranny and now my gauges, seatbelts, and windows dont work. i have already checked for pinched wires and blown fuses. if i pull my seatbelts back when car running and turn the car off they go back foward. nun of my gauges work and my battery light stays on but i already checked charging and it is fine. last but not least my check engine light does not shine when i put the key in on posistion. it seems like there is no power.
is ther a relay that controls the power for these things because all of these are supose to work when key is on
