new brakes, new noise

so yesterday my buddy and i installed new rotors and brake pads on my rear wheels. everything seems okay but i noticed this noise when the car is in motion. i cant really describe it, its just sort of a rubbing (friction) noise that is fairly quiet, coming from the rear passenger wheel.

any idea what it could be?

put the calipers in right?i dunno.. could be amillion things i suppose..

a few things to think about:
-are they shimmed correctly
-are they dragging
-did you replace both pads and rotors at the same time (reccommended so that both pad and rotor seat correctly)
-give it time to break in properly.

id jack it up in the air and spin the wheel.

ps. have you done front brakes, how hard is it to remove them pressed on rotors?

i didnt notice the noise today, it might have just been some light break-in, or i had the music up too loud. anyway, i replaced both the rear rotors and pads, quite easily.
