    Fuel injector question

Ok, so the other day I decided on a whim to check my injectors. Started the car, warmed it up, put a screwdriver on each injector (one at a time) and listened for the clicking... Well, I got solid clicking on ONE injector! The other 3 were a range of almost nothing to a decent tapping, but not a solid click like I think I should be getting. So my question is this... Am I doing this wrong or are my injectors all bad save one? I don't really have $400 to spend on new injectors, but I want the car to run clean (HCs are high, which I was told could be a "lazy" injector). Any ideas guys?

Have you tried pulling them out, cleaning them, putting them back in and doing the "listen test" again? Try that.

If you have a noid light or labscope, you can visually see exactly what each injector is doing. With the labscope you can even have the info displayed graphically and compare injector graphs side by side.

Hey! Thanks for the tip! I was looking at OEM replacement injectors, and they were going for about $90 each. I may get the ones you pointed me to, but it only says 93-95 2.2L. Doesn't specify if they are VTEC or non-VTEC. Maybe I'll go look up Venom's website to see if they have any more info...

        Thanks again xfactor!

Acclude -> I figure that if I'm going to take them out (it's gonna be a pita), I'll just replace them. But thanks for the tip!
