Need Basic Help

Hello everyone, after spending months on this forum I finally signed up now that i have a nice honda accord 92 ex auto. This is my first car so I have two newbie questions .

1- Is the radiator supposed to stay filled up with coulant ? cuz I had a problem recently (hole in my coulant reservoir, dont know how it happened) so i replaced it, but now im not sure about the radiator supposed to stay filled up all the timeor not ..

2- I have to replace the spark plugs seals cuz I have oil leaking there, do I just need to take the valve cover off for that and also replace the head gasket or juss the spark plug seals ?

Your radiator isn't going to stay full. Try to keep a little in the reservior and keep it so you there's 1/4" or so of water above the metal if you look into the radiator, but it'd be way to anal to make sure you're keeping it totally full all the time. your headgasket won't be touched. The spark plug seals should come in a set with the gasket for the valve cover and the gaskets for the little deals I don't know the name of that get screwed down on the top that look like and I guess act like washers. All those should be replaced.
