Car wont start in direct sunlight

k heres the deal if my car sits for 5 hours or more in direct sunlight, in 25+ degree celcius weather, it dosent start. it turns over but wont start. i have to "prime the pump" for 10 minutes+ straight to get it to start (go from I to II and the engine light goes on for a few seconds). its getting really annoying. ive been told its either the fuel pump or something else with the fuel delivery system. id like some accord experts to have their take on it.

    thanks

if anyone on this board has not changed this relay, and you plan to keep the car for awhile, just replace it, because it will go bad.
