Exactly like acclipseh23 said bro each turbo does its own thing, 1 is for drag the other can be for auto-xin and whatnot. Is this for drag or autox-in 1 may spool up faster than the other the other one may spool up slower its all within the set-up tuning etc and personal preference.

AcclipseH23 Please explain what the comparison is for? They are both good in their own ways.
Building an F22A1/H23 w/a h22 crankshaft Setup similar to bleewdragon.
T4s tend to be very street unfriendly due to the fact they spool up later on in the powerband. Some may start boosting as early as 3500 rpms. A majority of them start to boost at just over 4k. They deliver the knockout punch needed to get these small engines down the quarter mile quickly. They would not be ideal for track cars due to their knockout punch style (unless we are talking about the ball bearing turbos).
A T25 is very street friendly. Most of them deliver full bost at just under 2.5k. They have very quick spool up and can are best used in auto cross. The boost on these smaller turbo tends to die around 6k give or take. Its not ideal for drag due to the boost dying late in the powerband. However these turbos are very versatile but their versatility comes at the price of peak hp.
