Here's some advice before anyone else gets to it. Try a search. This has been covered many times and should yield a healthy search result. Try it and if you still can't find an answer, let us know.

From what i did being that my shit went from external to internal all i did was put a 30amp fuse in there and it cranks right up on the bottom side of the plug it was for my accord though not sure on the preludes it should be the same thing. Busted showed me that way you should try it i think it will work in substitute of the coil.

you can use the H23 dizzy since they are the same for both the USDM external coiled H22/H23.

i used to have the jdm f22b dohc mated to a USDM H23 dizzy since my cb7 was also external coiled. when i lost that motor, and got the jdm H22, i just swapped that dizzy right on. no need to splice any wires whatsover.
