Need help getting to CAI filter

I've been wanting to take a look at my CAI filter ever since I bought the car. What do I remove in order to get to the filter? The bumper?

You can remove the splashguards in the wheel wells or possibly remove the plastic underneath and get to it.

yea, pull the portion of the splashguard down that is vented.
