I have my shift light mounted on the center console, on the passenger side. Its bright as hell then.. I can only imagine how bright that will be shinning right into your face. Might want to invest in a cover.

it aint that bright.. and its only gonna show if i revv it to 7200 rpms which i rarely go unless im racing/draggin..

I have my own DIY shift light, its call the Tach!!!! lol instead of looking at a light or hooking stuff up, i just shift when the RPMs get to the right spot lol

Well the shiftlight is so you can keep your eyes and focus on the road, in stead of looking for a tac's needle. Which we all know can be hard to see when you only glance down for 1/2 second. And 1/2 can kill you when your driving "spirited".

meh, if im racing there is no point of looking at the road, unless yoru street racing which is, stupid in the first place
