difference between cb3andcb7?

every now and then i see a part that says it will fit my car but has the chassis code of cb3 in the description. i was wondering if this will fit my 92 or if i have to get something that says cb7. i would also like to know if there is a difference between them or if its just different models?

yes they are interchangable. a CB3 is a 4 door accord in Japan, CB7 is a 4 door accord made for the US. CB9 is a wagon... theres a CB for almost every number.

i own a cb3 accord theres a small difference , i bought a set of us clear corners and the didnt fit properly also the dash (centre console ) is different down by the gear shift area... in not too sure about the us accords as the cb7s here are 4ws but most of the parts interchangeable right now im fitting the cb7 motor f22a3 sohc in my cb3 accord f20a sohc im takin out the h22a and putting the car back to its standard set up

Yes, there are about 3 or 4 different consoles on 92-93's. Some of them have the brake in the middle and the ones here have it to the right to accomodate for the armrest we have here. BTW, the 4WS accord is the CB4. but ya i totally dig the headlight washers and the large plates on the euros. Are those seperately controlled or do they turn on with the windshield washers?
