Please help

tonite i drove about 5 miles and dropped someone off then about 1/4 mile to the store cut off the car. bout 15-20 minutes later i come out and it starts right up. i drive bout 1 mile down the road to another store cut it off. come back 10 minutes later and she starts right up. i drive 1 more mile to another store and cut it off. bout 5 minutes i come out and she wouldnt start. the engine turned over started and the tach went up and came straight back down and off. then it would just sit there and turn but never start. after about 5 minutes of trying and stopping it finally started. i have no clue why it did this. its happened b4 but never for that long. can anyone help me?

if you hear the starter cranking, obviously it aint that. could be your distributor on its way out.

The dizzy problems would also show up in regular driving situations...Are there any other drivability issues?

there are no other problems that im aware of.

It's either a fuel or a spark issue. Next time it won't start, listen for the fuel pump cutting on. It's subtle, but you can hear it if you listen. If the pump comes on then it's pretty safe to assume that you have pressure (unless the filter is clogged or something stupid like that) so you should check the spark. I'm leaning more towards a fuel issue like the main relay or something like that.
