I went over a bump then dip too fast and cracked my oem exhaust in front of the muffler, anyway, i plan on using my tax return and x-mas bonus to finally get me an h22, but... My question is, if i buy 4-2-1 headers for the f22 it will not mount to the h22 block correct? Because i don't want to spend over $750 for a good exhaust setup if it will be junked in 6 months. If it wont i guess i'll just use that ghetto tape shit.

I cracked the exhaust pipe before the muffler, but i was just going to do the whole setup, i don't want just a cat back if i'm going to get exhaust. I tried searching the forums and couldn't come up with anything saying this.Comment

just buy whatever catback or whatever you want and maybe a new cat.. then just wait till you get the h22 to buy the header..
or you can just buy the h22 header and let it sit in your garage until you get the h22 in..

If you buy the right catback you won't have to worry about raspiness.
If you need a header for the F22, buy a Megan piece. They are good quality. Then just get a good high flow cat (Catco, Carsound, Random Tech.) and get a quite exhaust like Apex'i World Sport 2. Then when it comes time for the H22, sell the Megan header for $30-40 less than you paid initially.
