It sounds like a loose wire. Two clocks doing the same unusual thing indicates something other than the clocks as the source of the problem.Former: 90 Accord EX Coupe, 93 10th Anniversary in Frost White

*back from the dead*
i recently noticed this on my clock as well; just last week after working on the car. everything else electrical related seems fine.. the radio stations and the time is right, the settings on the vafc are correct, etc.. but dont understand why the clock is acting up. if anyone else has or had this problem, your help is appreciated.5.6L V8 32V DOHC

Using Multi-meter check the memory backup source. It should read 12V even car is off.
RED/BLK wire: Lights-on Signal
BLK wire: Ground <- check
YEL wire: IG1 (Main clock power supply)
WHT/YEL wire: Constant power (Time memory) <- checkLast edited by accordmaniac; 03-14-2006, 09:56 PM.1st car: Frost White 1991 Accord EX sedan.. (Dec. 1999 ~ Jan. 2001) *Sold*
