I have a 95 Accord also and the speedo quit working with a CEL code. Im assuming the VSS is bad. I have my stock F22 auto tranny sitting in my garage from my H swap. Will that VSS work with a 95 5spd accord. Any help appreciated. They look the same but not real sure. Thanks.

I'm not too sure, but the tranny will start shifting funny after the VSS completely goes out, it wouldn't hurt to try, its only two bolts holding it on IIRC. -

just buy a new vss. 35bucks off most sites....just don;t go to autozone or a honda dealership they will rape u out the ass 155 bucks i was quoted lol i was like fuck that....internet here i come.Comment

yah my VSS has been broken for like a year and a half now. I'm just getting around to fixing it now. I have a 5 spd so its not that big of a deal, I just use my tach to tell how fast I'm going
and I haven't put any miles on my odometer either
