Just as the titile states, if i change out my pt3 ecu for a pt6, will it make a diffrence wont it change my a/f ratio???? any advice will help. the reason for asking is i can get one tommorow for cheap

not sure...when i put mine in on my stock motor i noticed a change in the way it accelerated. I also noticed that my rev limit was higher than 5700k...it was more at 6k.
i had maybe a bit more kick but not sure about power. But it was cool to do, simple and easy...i think though at the higher rpms its made to shoot a bit more fuel to accomadate the additional air from the bypass valves, so maybe you can have a bit more fuel but its all from my BUTT dyno =)

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

thanx im going to get it today, i had an encounter with a manhole that was sticking up so i went to the junk yard yesterday to see if i could find the engine crossmember with was torn off, lower radiator support, which was creased. im going order kyb agx today, frontend alignment so that my tires wont talk to me as i take curves lol. but we were crawling around accord section of the junkyard, lol i was like a kid at a candy store, i saw the rear disc brakes that i lust for lol, five lug conversion, then i stumbled upon a four door EX and saw it laying in their, i unplugged it and carried it around with me, but as far as price all the supports and crossmembers are 40 and the ecu was 15, i was like hold these for me and i will be back tommorow at 3:15 to pick them up.
he was like ok, will do nic, i have bought everything from these guys so i think that why i get such good deals. but yeah i thought 15 bucks was realllllly cheap. do you think so????

thanx i aprreciate it, i wanna get a p06 later on when i get some better mods but for now i gotta focus on my suspension and get everything setting back up straight, one reason i wanna get this ecu is that i plan to swap in an a6 on christmas break so yeah, no h22 but im savin for it(then comes the p28

yeah but umm being 16 and a cashier funds are kinda low, so yeah i wanna get my tires setting back up straight so they wont wear out so bad and im tired of bouncin around all over the place, lol but yeah i wanna swapin an a6 with low miles the a1 has got about 190k on it so its about time to retireComment
