    car bogs

when i floor the gas pedal down all the way in neutral it bogs really hard and almost dies out before it revs, but when i slowly step on the gas it revs fine, on top of the throttle body theres a little rubber tube that goes somewhere, but it's disconnected, i think it's for the air fuel ratio mixture but im not sure, is this whats causing my boggyness>?
    a work in progress.....

the rubber tube...it's probably a vaccum line. Plug it into the TB somewhere and see if your problem goes away.

The only time I've heard of bogging is too much gas in the mixture, usually caused after chipping the computer with a bad fuel map but that can't be the case here.

The AFR, someone correct me if I'm wrong, is manipulated by the computer a little bit by using the input from the O2 sensor, I don't believe that there is anything vaccum realted that causes too much gas.

My bet is fix the vaccum leak, and it'll go away. Can you post pics of where this hose is? Both up close and far out?
