Well it's weird because I was just looking at motors and shit on the net, and something sparked in my head that I want some macoroni and cheese so I drive up to the grocery store and get some, come back to my car and it won't start. It turns over and attempts to start, so it's not the battery or alternator, I have a quarter tank of gas, and I don't think it could be a fuel problem. Thing is the car started fine when I left my house, and now all of a sudden it's not, what a coincidence! Can anyone help me?

ok well i took your word and went back up to the grocery store and try and start it, and it did just fine, drove home just fine also. So when I got home I parked, turned it off, got out and talked to a friend for like 30 secs. Attempted to start the car again and it started with no problem. I dont see what the problem is here.

definatly sounds like a main relay...
when the temperature gets warm outside, the solders in the relay are cracked sometimes, and the heat is too much for the relay, so it acts as if its not getting any fuel because it wonta ll the fuel pump to run until its cooled off...
i will bet its your main relay... its one of the most common problmes on our cars... you might wanna replace it if its still a bit warm where you live

lol actually it's been warm all summer, but lately we have been having this kind of weather (around the 60's and 50's). But you would think it would have done it all throughout summer if your saying it only happens when its warm, well it gets about 80 to 90 here in the summer so, I dunno I hope thats all it is, BTW how much are they to replace?

Well dude I appreciate for the fast ass response's, and your help, like I said I hope it's the main relay. I didn't mean to freak out at the beginning but since this motor and shit is new, I didn't expect this at all, but oh well. So I guess we will see what happens.
Thanks again.

Hey, I figured out what the problem was. Ok I was driving to work yesterday and just listening to music thinking everything is fine, then all of a sudden I heard a "Boom" that came from the engine bay and the car died. So I pulled over checked everything out under the hood, everything looked fine. So I called up to my local Honda dealer and told them what happened. They knew right off the bat that it was the "Igniter" that's located in the distributor. Overall the part was around $100 and was extremely easy to put in. But N9netwoAccord, I still appreciate you trying to help me. So if this problem ever happens to anyone try this, it helped me
