Dash Lights Went Out

I Was Driving And My Dash Lights Went Out As Well As My Tail Lights I Dunno What Happend It Was All Of A Sudden
(when I Bought The Car It Had A Hitch I Have Scince Removed It But Still Have The Wire For What I Am Guessing It For The Lights On The Trailer Could This Have Perhaps Grounded Thus Causing The Lights To Fuse Out)

there is a fuse that protects the parking lights as well as the dash lights, its probably blown. and id bet that wire you are describing is at fault. tape up the end of it.
