i have a hum like noise coming through my speakers when i slightly touch the gas however it stops if i push the gas down 1/3 of the way.....wtf is this.....i know of 3 other people with hondas that have the same problem. All of us are experienced in installing after market systems, and it's not a engine noise associated with any of the wires. Any ideas?

Well do you have an amp if you do when you send the wires to the back send anthing that has to do with power pass it on the left side of the car and speaker wires and rca on the right because is rca cross with power it makes a humming sound because of the alternator it its only a radio try getting a noise isolator hpe this helps
also make sure that your grounds are good and that nutting is grounding

lol it's possible that it's the buzzer for the door chime. You know the buzzer that goes off if you leave your lights on, or key in the ignition. Well over time the capacitors in the chime unit go bad and they can't trap all the current so you get the slight hum. The easiest way to tell if that's it is that it does it even with the radio off.
It shouldn't be coming from your radios speakers but it is possible that you can be confused as to it's source.
If not you should just try making sure you have adequate grounds for all of your system. I've founf in cars with the most stubborn cases of engine noise running a ground from the radio's chassis to the amps ground, crossover, and etc. usually eliminates the wine associated with ground loop.

the rcas and power wires are seperated and i know it's not the door chime thing, but i think i might need to try a new ground for the radio. Rogers stereo hooked up the door speakers and head unit and i've been rewiring it since then to fix their screw up.
they unhooked the factory amp rewired the doorpeakers (very crappy job) and possibly messed up the ground to the head unitI don't lie, I bullshit

I dunno man, same deal is happening to me, and I thought it was the speakers.. Sound only happened when I lightly pressed the gas, and would go away when i stepped harder or eased off the gas. When I added my short-ram intake, the noise became MUCH more noticeable, turns out it's coming from somewhere in the intake manifold... Now it's so much louder and sounds like a whistle instead of the hum... it's been pissing the hell out of me, and I dont know how to fix it!! Sounds like it's from the air filter, but I tried 2 different filters with the same luck. Let me know how it turns out.

I have the same whistle.. Something to do with the intake, does it only happen at a certain throttle position?? I narrowed down the problem in my car by popping the hood with it running, and moving the throttle rotor with my hand.. everytime i moved it a certain amount, my intake started to whistle!! Sound was there when I had my stock airbox, just wasnt nearly as loud. As soon as I added my intake, it amplified the sound by like 4x... It's the most annoying noise ever!!
BTW: People will start replying that it's normal to hear a little whistle from your intake at high rpms and such, but this whistle has nothing to do with rpms.. only the throttle position.. and it's not a normal whistle!!
