Steering Column Help

Okay I searched and didnt find anything really. But anyways here I go. Well for awhile now my taillights, gauge cluster lights, and corner lights havnt been working. It's always been in my mind that it could be the blinker/wiper switch connected into the steering column.

I'm not so good w/ wiring and i'm not even sure there is a whole lot of wiring involved w/ this. I need to switch out these 2 levers w/ ones that I KNOW are working properly. Problem is I dont even know where to start or finish . So if anyone at all knows how to do this could you help me out. I cant stand not being able to drive at night, or drive period.

And also my speedometer guage/needle is not working at all, any solutions!!!?

sounds like u have a blow fuse check the kicker panel

It's not a blown fuse. I've replaced all the fuses w/ brand new ones. I had another thread once about this. But i'm pretty sure it IS those 2 levers.
