Go to the Parts Store you got the Headers from & find out what size nuts fit. Get them to check the size of the nuts on a set they have in store and buy a couple. They may even give you the ones off their other set.

If there are no threaded holes in the flanges, it shouldn't need to be too specific. All you need is enough clamping force to prevent leaks. If 14mm sounds right to people, then get a 14mm bolt. All you need in length is the width of the flanges, plus the height of the nut, plus 2 threads (at least, that's the standard in the aircraft industry). Personally, I'd use all-metal distorted thread self-locking nuts to keep the nut from backing off due to vibration, but that's your decision. Based on ebay pics of headers, 1 to 1-1/2 inches should be enough length. I don't think you'll need anything high grade, since there's really not a lot of force on the flange. Plus, if you've got a coated or stainless header, galvanic corrosion shouldn't be a problem.
I swear, eventually I'll run out of things to break.

I guess I was wrong... I broke it all. Died 10/29/06
