h23 valve lash

I must have mis read some were on how to set the lash on these cars.. isn't it you set it to 1tdc, check both I/E... then turn it 180, check 3tdc.... 4tdc... then 2tdc. I'm also having problems knowing if i've properly turned it 180º. I slid the feeler guage in between the cam and the ummm...wedge thingy.

I found some were that .007 and .009 was supposed to be the lash but my valves are tapping really really louldly.... this is soo much easier on the f22... but atleast the lude is running.. and i'm getting 210 out of all the cylinders for compression.

Just like that, clearances should be:

Intake: .07-.11mm
Exhaust: .15-.19mm

Im sure this has been discussed before aswell since I have posted that link quite a few times before.
