my engine run slugish around 1000 - 1500RPM.....when i step on gas pedal softly....I Also notice theres oil around the 2 valve cover nut..is that normal??

easy...don't over tighten it. if you tighten them to tight, it brakes the studd off. the valve cover nut specs are 84 in-lbs. if that doesn't work, then the silverish washer under the nut has a rubber gasket on the bottom side of it. the rubber shrinks over time, resulting in leaks. replace them with new ones. later.Last edited by TypeG; 02-13-2006, 10:50 PM.Comment
