    tranny or clutch problem

sup guys, 2 days ago i was driving in my car just having put in a Stage 3 clutch with 11.5 flywheel, new pressure plate, t/o bearing, i was driving hood breakin it in and everything, then i heard a squealing noise and grining noise, i drove for like a 1/4 mile to my house. I test it next day and, it starts chattering really bad and would'nt move, i put in reverse and it going good, then i press the clutch in while going back and the cars stop as if i apllied the brakes or something. i go forward and hear the grining and whilling noise and have to rev to 2000 rpm for it to move and still moves slighty, everything also hard to out in gear and specially in reverse, fork looks good, everything is lubed, hydraulic system is bleed, cables aren't binding, any ideas, i tried searcing but found nothing, could it be the disc

    any help is appreciated

Sounds like something internal if everything visible looks fine. Did you put it in yourself or have a shop do it?

I dont think the clutch disc would do anything with it. Something might not be aligned. Did you tighten it down in a criss cross pattern? If it binds up it could be something with the shaft or might be a bad pressure plate? I would pull it out re align it and retorque down if everything on the outside looked fine. You sure you checked everything?

I leave it in Neutral before i take it apart instead of putting it in gear.

could it be my axles that are slipping or something related to that?

Well you can jack your cars front end up and try to find out. Your axle might not be in all the way. But the symptoms you describe with harsh engagement into gear etc etc sounds like inside your tranny or your clutch. If your tranny was fine before the clutch then yea that cancels it but if it happen after you install clutch then that is prob your problem. Might have done something wrong when you did the reinstallation.

Clutch Release Bearing Not On Fork Properly, or Clutch Plate in wrong way around.

i dropped the tranny today, and everything was assembled right, then i seperated the flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate, the flywheel and pressure plate have burn marks on them, don't know why onyl drove like 10 miles after install, and the clutch disc has glazing on the pads,

going to try to get warranty on in, everything was on right so i don't think i will have a problem getting in exchanged
