electrical problems

yesterday, the following items stopped working: my auto seatbelts (90 ex coupe) , my tach, speedo, blinkers, and clock. I checked all the fuses, and they're all good. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

got to be a fuse, to much stuff to go out at once, check the kicker panel fuse box again

Do your Dash lights work? It might be your ground located on the t-stat housing.
