I want to remove the pump and the lines I do not need, cuz I took mine off a while ago. I was wondering where you should plug up the old lines. Like would you plug the steering rack and take off alll the lines or would you leave them on the rack, and plug them somewhere on the lines?

Take all the lines out, the resivoir, the pump, the cooler, and anything you can find related. You should find yourself with a rack with nothing attached in the way of power steering fluid. You'll want to use the lines you took out to fabricate one line that will run from the fluid-in to the fluid-out port (I would cut the lines just before their threaded connections and then mate them with aeroquip hose). Fill up the rack with fluid as best you can and install your homemade line.
You won't be able to get to some of the intermediary lines, as the motor and some suspension bits are in the way, but they're nothing to worry about.
*edit* don't forget to drain the system, first!
